Requirements

Off-leash group walks:

  • Good recall.

  • No aggression history with other dogs or people. Is not possessive of toys or destructive in vehicle.

  • Over 6 months of age. Spayed/neutered.

  • Located within our service area. (See FAQ for details)
  • 2 on-leash walks prior to joining the pack. We are flexible with these 2 walks and may be able to offer evening excursions.

  • Up to date vaccinations including parvovirus, rabies and bordetella. We need to see a copy of the records at the consult.

  • Current City of Calgary license.

On-leash walks and cat sitting:

  • Up to date vaccinations including parvovirus (dog) and rabies. We need to see a copy of the records at the consult.

  • Adult dog is spayed/neutered.

  • Dog is well socialized, healthy and non-aggressive.

  • Dog walks with a collar and leash.

  • Current City of Calgary license.

  • Located within our service area. (See FAQ for details)

Please call us and we will setup a free consultation. The purpose of the initial consultation is to meet you and your pets and to fill out the necessary paperwork. This time allows you to ask any questions you may have, allows us to meet your animals, and will help you feel comfortable when using K9 Care and Kitties Too. For dog walking services we will go with you for a short walk to start establishing a relationship with your dog where they view us as the pack leader.

Please have a copy of your house key on hand for us.

*Due to safety reasons we will not accept any injured or aggressive animals.
