House Checks
Each visit is $17+GST.
Each House Check Includes:
- Walk through of the house. This involves checking for anything out of the ordinary as well as doors and windows for security.
- Furnace room check.
- Mail retrieval, plant watering, light and blind alternation to make the house look occupied.
- We will also send updates via text or email upon request.
Please leave out the repair company contact information if something were to go wrong with the furnace, plumbing, electricity, etc.
House Checks available 7 days a week. A surcharge of $10 per visit will apply on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Please book as far in advance as possible as we fill up during the busy times of the year (June-August and December). We need to have a consult before we can provide any services.
